Bookings and Course Fees

Booking are essential for all our courses. We try to make our classes as affordable as possible. You are encouraged to pay the full course fee when you book. However, we do not want people to miss out and payment plans can be worked out with the Coordinator. Payments should be made before you commence a course, unless other arrangements are agreed. You can pay by cash, cheque, or EFTPOS.

Membership Fees and Concessions

  • Persons participating in Centre activities must complete a membership application and pay the annual membership fee.
  • There will be only one annual membership fee required per family
  • The annual membership fee is payable at or prior to the commencement of the first course undertaken by an individual/family in the calendar year
  • The annual membership fee will be
    • $10 for individual/family enrolments
    • $7.50 concession (health care card holder
  • The annual membership fee is non-refundable except in the event of a person enrolling for a course that is cancelled by the Centre.
  • The annual membership fee requirement will be clearly publicised on all program brochures
  • Any change to the amount of the annual membership fee may be determined by the Committee only for the next calendar year

Membership concessions are available for pensioners, senior's card holders, unemployed and students. Health care cards must be sighted. If you are experiencing difficulty paying, please talk to the Coordinator. All discussions will be kept confidential.

Enrolments

Enrollments can be made:

  • In person: visit the centre during office hours.
  • By phone: on 8768 4400 during office hours to book

Enrollments are taken on a first in, first enrolled basis.

Cancellations and Refunds

A refund for courses will only be allowed under the following circumstances:

  • If a course is cancelled due to insufficient numbers, the Centre will contact you and a full refund will be given.
  • If you wish to withdraw from a course, you need to do so one week before the class is due to commence. No refunds will be given after this time.

Occasional Care, Three-year-old program & PlaygroupsDue to the need for program planning, staffing and demand for our Occasional Care; Three-year-old programs and Playgroups, deposits paid for these programs are non-refundable.

  • Secretarial support services
    • Typing
    • Resumés
    • Letters
