A Pilates class for building inner strength, toning and trimming with all levels welcome. Term 1- Starts Monday 31st January 9.30am-10.15am or 10.30am-11.15am for 9 weeks. The chair and hollow tube provided help with both momentum and support for safe exercising. Term 1- Starts Wednesday 8th March 10.30am-11.30am for 5 weeks. Term 2- Starts Wednesday 26th April 10.30am-11.30am for 9 weeks. Term 3- Starts Wednesday 12th July 10.30am-11.30am for 10 weeks.
