Beaconsfield Neighbourhood Centre 8 O'Neil Rd, Beaconsfield, Vic, AustraliaEnjoy a great workout, and musically nurture your senses with Latin body moves to Cha Cha Cha, Samba, Jive and Jazz to get that body pumping! Firstly, warm up to motivational music then get into the groove with simple dance moves at a faster pace. This is followed by a slow Rumba cool-down, and relaxing floor stretches to dreamy music to complete your workout experience. You can bring your own mat (or they are available at the Centre). Join a class that feeds the body, mind and soul! Term 1- Starts Thursday 8th February 11.15am-12.15pm for 8 weeks. Cost $112. Term 2- Starts Thursday 18th April 11.15am-12.15pm for 10 weeks.
