All of the body benefits from this class. Even the soul! Term 1- Starts Wednesday 1st February 9.30am-10.15am for 10 weeks. Term 2- Starts Wednesday 26th April 9.30am-10.15am for 9 weeks. Term 3- Starts Wednesday 12th July 9.30am-10.15am for 10 weeks. Term 4- Starts Wednesday 4th October 9.30am-10.15am for 11 weeks. Cost $8 per session.

The chair and hollow tube provided help with both momentum and support for safe exercising. Term 1- Starts Wednesday 8th March 10.30am-11.30am for 5 weeks. Term 2- Starts Wednesday 26th April 10.30am-11.30am for 9 weeks. Term 3- Starts Wednesday 12th July 10.30am-11.30am for 10 weeks. Term 4- Starts Wednesday 4th October 10.30am-11.30am (Length of term to be confirmed). Cost is a gold coin donation each week.
