Strength Training for Over 50s with Debbie (Beg to Int)
Beaconsfield Neighbourhood Centre 8 O'Neil Rd, BeaconsfieldA combination of strength training exercises for the whole body. With the use of hand weights, enthusiasm and smiles. All of the body benefits from this class. Even the soul! Term 1- Starts Wednesday 1st February 9.30am-10.15am for 10 weeks. Term 2- Starts Wednesday 26th April 9.30am-10.15am for 9 weeks. Term 3- Starts Wednesday 12th July 9.30am-10.15am for 10 weeks. Term 4- Starts Wednesday 4th October 9.30am-10.15am for 11 weeks. Cost $8 per session.
Occasional Care (Full day)
Beaconsfield Neighbourhood Centre 8 O'Neil Rd, BeaconsfieldOur Occasional Care program offers quality care for children between 18 months and 5 years. A wide range of activities are provided for the children by our qualified and experienced staff. Occasional Care is often the first time parents leave their children. Our staff are skilled with strategies for separation anxiety and helping you both with the transition. Care can be permanent or casual. Occasional Care sessions run throughout the year and include most school holidays. Mondays 12.30pm-4.30pm. Cost $44 per session. Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 8.30am-4.30pm. Cost $88 per session. You may be eligible for Child Care Subsidy which would give you discounted fees. Please see the office for more information. Emergency and casual spots are charged at $12 per hour for a minimum of 3 hours. Please contact the office for availability.
New Vogue, Ballroom and Latin Dancing
Beaconsfield Neighbourhood Centre 8 O'Neil Rd, BeaconsfieldThis class is most suitable for those who have enjoyed some experience dancing New Vogue, Ballroom or Latin, or other styles, in social or class settings. We continue on from the Beginners class by learning new and interesting dances, within the three styles, for participants to further enjoy. The fun learning process continues, as does the social and health benefit for everyone. Come and join us! Term 1- Starts Tuesday 7th February 7.00pm-8.00pm for 9 weeks. Cost $108. Term 2- Starts Tuesday 2nd May 7.00pm-8.00pm for 9 weeks. Cost $108. Term 3- Starts Tuesday 11th July 7.00pm-8.00pm for 10 weeks. Cost $120. Term 4- Starts Tuesday 3rd October 7.00pm-8.00pm for 10 weeks. Cost $120. (No session Tuesday 7th November- Melbourne Cup)
